Our pricing is industry low based upon the number of employees who will be scheduled within the system. We do not charge for your initial setup & online training, or ongoing support.

While most of our features do come included with the annual subscription fee shown above, there are a few things our clients have requested over the years that do require additional costs. We have three optional add-ons available for purchase. Please see below for details:
Mobile to Mobile SMS will allow you to send text messages to your employees through PlanIt. This includes the automatic notifications in the system (regarding approvals, etc.) as well as the manual notifications (text blasts). The texts will take the place of the default push notifications for those who opt-in.

We do not necessarily have a free trial of the software that will be set up specifically for your department. However, we can provide you with a live online demonstration and after, give you login credentials to test out a sandbox demo system.
Adding or removing licenses is possible at any time. You’ll just need to reach out to our billing department and they can get that updated for you. The same goes for add ons as well. We will prorate you for the months that you are using the additional licenses and/or services.
Push notifications are sent directly to your mobile device and provide more functionality with the PlanIt app. If you have the app downloaded on your phone by default you will receive push notifications. Mobile to Mobile SMS requires a specific mobile phone number and then will text other mobile phones numbers.
Similar to a personal phone plan, we are required to purchase the sending of text messages from phone carriers. Since all of our clients do not use this feature we did not want to raise the annual subscription fee for everyone. Therefore, it is an optional additional fee if your department prefers texts over push notifications.
No. This is because our system directly integrates with the bio clock so that if people punch in late it will ask for an explanation and archive it in the system.
Yes. The only potential additional costs are the 3 shown above and are optional.
No, we do not offer monthly subscriptions. This is largely due to our onboarding process and providing free setup and training when you come onboard. We want you to be successful in the system so we do put out a lot of effort initially to get you up and running.
Yes. One year is the minimum but you can sign up for as many years as you would like to lock in your price.
